- Where’s Tomball?

View Larger Map - Do you provide linens?
Yes, all bed and bath linens are provided, with the exception of a pillow. Bring your favorite one from home – it’s not only more hygienic, it’s the secret to getting a good night’s sleep away from home! - Are meals included?
No, meals are not included, however the retreat has a fully-stocked kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. All tableware, cookware, and pantry staples are supplied, including a 12 cup commercial coffee pot, both regular and decaf coffees, a Keurig (bring your favorite k-cups), and an assortment of teas. Feel free to arrange potluck with your group, shop locally at one of the 4 great grocery stores within 3½ miles of the retreat, or visit one of Tomball’s many restaurants. And the pizza places and Chinese restaurant deliver!
- Are there stairs?
Yes and no: - There is a ramp entryway directly from the parking area into the Gathering Room, and although the retreat is a two-story building, the second floor is private storage space, so there’s no need to climb those stairs. All the retreat facilities are on the first floor.
- How early can we arrive?
Noon is the earliest, to allow us time to prepare for your group. However, providing there isn’t a conflict, an earlier arrival time may be possible – just ask! If the previous group is leaving the day you arrive, your arrival time will not be until 3pm. - What time do we need to check out?
By 3pm, to allow us to prepare for the next group of retreaters. If a group will be arriving on your last day, your departure time will be noon. However, providing there isn’t a conflict, a later departure time may be possible – again, just ask!
